STUDENT WORK PERMITS
Students requiring a work permit must first download the State of California Work Permit Application. The form needs to be completed, signed by a parent, and employer. Once that is set up, scan, or take a picture of the completed application and email it to grace.lisle@sduhsd.net. Your work permit will be emailed back to you within one or two days with the school's input.
